Canucks Recall Pelletier and Archibald; Re-Assign Sauve

Vancover Canucks President & General Manager Michael D. Gillis announced today that the Canucks have recalled center Pascal Pelletier and left wing Darren Archibald from Utica. They have re-assigned defenceman Yann Sauve to the Comets.

Pelletier, 30, has collected seven points (2-5-7) in four games for Utica this season. The Labrador City, Newfoundland native has played in 13 career NHL games with the Chicago Blackhawks and Boston Bruins.

Archibald, 23, has appeared in four games for the Comets this season, collecting two points (1-1-2). In 2012.13, he split the season between the Chicago Wolves (12-10-22 in 55 GP) and Kalamazoo Wings (6-7-13 in 18 GP).
