Canucks Reassign Blain to K-Wings

KALAMAZOO- Defenseman Jeremie Blain has been reassigned by the Vancouver Canucks to the Kalamazoo Wings. Blain is scheduled to be in the K-Wings lineup this evening.
Blain has recorded 17 points (4 goals, 13 assists) in 32 games this season with the K-Wings.
In a separate transaction, the K-Wings have released forward Jake Trask.
The K-Wings will return home tonight, Saturday, March 7th, with a 7:30 p.m. face-off versus the Fort Wayne Komets during Autism Awareness Night and Special Olympic Polar Plunge Night presented by Sam's Club and supported by Consumers Credit Union.
Tickets for all K-Wings home games are currently on sale at Wings Stadium Ticket Office, all Ticketmaster locations, including www.ticketmaster.com or by calling (800) 745-3000.
Fans that plan on attending multiple games can avoid service fees plus enjoy a discount from the single-game price by purchasing a 12, 24 or 36-game flexi-plan.
