Rushmore Thunder Girls to Play for State Title

(RAPID CITY, SD) - Riding outstanding play, home-ice advantage, and great fan support this weekend, the Rushmore Thunder Girls Varsity Team is now one win away from a South Dakota High School Hockey State Championship.
The team, playing host to the state tournament this weekend, defeated the Brookings Rangers Girls Varsity team by a 3-2 score, never giving up the lead once in the game. They will take on the Aberdeen Cougars Girls Varsity Team, the top seed, for the state title at 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 8th.
