Game Preview
Finishing up a home-and-home series, the Kalamazoo Wings and the Fort Wayne Komets will meet for a second straight night. Tonight is the 13th of 15 regular season encounters between the teams. On the season, the K-Wings are 4-7-1-0 against the Komets.
After four straight on the road, the K-Wings will return to Wings Stadium for a brief two-game home stand. Kalamazoo will look to avenge last night's 3-0 shutout loss to Fort Wayne. Yesterday's loss marked the fourth time this season that the K-Wings were held scoreless in a game.
Racking up points, the Komets enter tonight on a nine-game (6-0-1-2) unbeaten streak in regulation. With 80 points, the Komets own the most points in both the North Division and Eastern Conference. Fort Wayne trails the Allen Americans by one point for the most overall points in the league.
