
Campbell and Milam named to All ECHL First Team

Atlanta Gladiators News Release
The ECHL announced today the First Team All-ECHL selections as determined by a vote of ECHL coaches. Gladiators forward Jeff Campbell and defenseman Troy Milam have been selected to the team.
Campbell and Milam are the only two players from the American Conference on the All ECHL first and second teams. They join Luke Curtin of the Fresno Falcons, Alex Leavitt, Ryan Gaucher and Matt Underhill of the Alaska Aces on the First Team.
Campbell was named to the All ECHL rookie team last year. He currently leads Gwinnett in scoring with 80 points off of 30 goals and 50 assists in 60 games with the Gladiators.
The Hensall, Ontario native made his second trip to an ECHL All Star game this year in his second ECHL season. He made his first trip to the AHL this year posting a goal and an assists with the Lowell Lock Monsters.
In his third professional season, Milam made his second appearance in an ECHL All Star game this year and he represented the Gladiators at the 2004 ECHL All Star game in Peoria, Illinois.
Milam currently ranks first among Gladiators defensemen in scoring with 46 points off of 6 goals and 40 assists. Milam has posted 4 power play goals and a shorthanded goal for the Gladiators this season.
The Lake Orion, Michigan native spent most of last season with the Manchester Monarch of the AHL where he appeared in 42 games posting 2 goals and 12 assists. Milam began his professional career with the Gladiators appearing in 60 games during the 2003-04 season recording 33 points for Gwinnett.
The Gwinnett Gladiators, who have already clinched a first round bye in the 2006 Kelly Cup Playoffs, continue the 2005-06 ECHL season at the Arena at Gwinnett Center on Friday, April 7th as they host the South Carolina Stingrays at 7:35 p.m. The Gladiators offer several ticket packages for different needs as well as group outings, suites and birthday parties.
