Tonight's Matchup: The San Francisco Bulls (7-12-1-1) wrap up their two-game series with the Ontario Reign (14-3-1-3), tonight, at Citizens Business Bank Arena. This is the fourth of 10 meetings between these squads this season. San Francisco is 1-2-0-0 on the year against Ontario.

Last night, the Bulls handed the Reign their third regulation loss of the season, winning handedly, 4-1. San Francisco grabbed a hold of the game early, and never looked back. They scored the games first three goals on tallies from Dale Mitchell, and two by captain Scott Langdon. Ontario got on the board with a power play goal in the second period, but that would be all they could muster against Tyler Beskorowany, who made 42 saves. Tyler Gron kept his point streak alive, now at six games, with a goal in the third to ice the victory. Dylan King, Magomed Gimbatov, Chris Crane, Brett Findlay (2), Dean Ouellet and Jordan Morrison registered assists.

Langdon's two goals last night were his first two of the season, and his first career two-goal game. The defenseman known more for his physical defensive play has four points (2g, 2a) this season, and is second on the team in penalty minutes (42).

Bulls' netminder Beskorowany has now been between the pipes for six of the team's seven victories. Last night, he set the San Francisco record for saves in a single period with 24 in the third. He topped Thomas Heemskerk's mark of 22 set last season. He continues to lead the league in saves (443), and is third in minutes played (880).

Ontario goalie Michael Hutchinson has been one of the league's best this season. He ranks first in wins (12), tied for first in shutouts (2), and third in goals allowed average (1.91). Last night San Francisco became just the second team to score more than three goals against him.

San Francisco is in seventh place in the Western Conference with 16 points. They are one behind the Utah Grizzlies, and one up on the Las Vegas Wranglers. The Reign are in first place in the Western Conference with 32 points, three in front of the Colorado Eagles.

Tomorrow, the Bulls complete their five game road trip when they head to Las Vegas to take on the Wranglers. The matinee game begins at 2:05pm.
