ASHWAUBENON, Wis. - The Green Bay Booyah fell to the Lakeshore Chinooks on Friday night, 10-4, at Capital Credit Union Park.

Green Bay fell behind in the top of the first inning but a leadoff home run in the next half by Spencer Weston (Western Oregon) evened the contest.

Lakeshore would score three in the top of the fourth to take a 4-1 lead, but Green Bay halved it when Alec Danen (Viterbo) reached on an error by the shortstop that scored Tristin Garcia (Western Kentucky).

The Chinooks broke the game open in the fifth inning when they scored five runs, capped off by a grand slam. The Booyah scored two in the next half inning when Garcia slapped his eighth home run of the season.

The Chinooks added one more in the top of the sixth to run away with the contest, 10-4.

The Booyah will cap off the season on Saturday against the Lakeshore Chinooks at Kapco Park. First pitch is scheduled for 6:35 pm.

The Booyah front office at Capital Credit Union Park is located at 2231 Holmgren Way in Ashwaubenon. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm.
