ON TO THE NEXT: The Saskatoon Blades began their five game BC swing with a 5-2 loss to the Memorial Cup host Kamloops Blazers. Captain Aidan De La Gorgendiere and alternate captain Trevor Wong each scored in their home province, extending their point streaks to four games. Goalie Ethan Chadwick's record drops to 16-8-1-1 after allowing four goals on 36 shots

WIENER'S BACK: Carrot River, SK. product Jayden Wiens returned to the lineup after missing the last 23 games with a lower-body injury. The 19-year-old forward didn't appear to miss a beat, buzzing around both ends as Wiens always does.

NEXT GAME: Saskatoon has a chance to rebound quickly tomorrow night when they head south to face the Kelowna Rockets.

Game starts at 9:00pm CST.
