November 11, 2014 - ECHL (ECHL)
Kalamazoo Wings News Release

KALAMAZOO- Earning victories in first two games of a season-long five-game home stand last weekend, the Kalamazoo Wings will look to continue their home cooking with three games this week.

Kalamazoo will begin the week tomorrow, Wednesday, November 12th with a special 10:30 a.m. face-off versus the Fort Wayne Komets on Education Day presented by United Healthcare. Over 4,000 school-aged children are expected to cheer on the K-Wings tomorrow morning at Wings Stadium. Wednesday's game gives children the opportunity to apply school subjects they learn everyday in the classroom to the sport of hockey.

The K-Wings will remain at home on Friday, November 12th for a 7:30 p.m. face-off versus the Reading Royals on Zoetis Night. Every fan that comes to the game will receive a K-Wings Koozie courtesy of Zoetis. Friday's game will be a 3, 2, 1 Countdown to Fun featuring $3 beers, $2 Pepsi products and $1 hot dogs courtesy of Winter's Sausage. The K-Wings will continue the economically friendly 3, 2, 1 Countdown to Fun promotion during every Friday home game during the regular season.

The five-game home stand for the K-Wings will conclude on Saturday, November 13th with another 7:30 p.m. encounter against the Royals. Saturday will be the 2nd Annual Bell's Blue Ice Game, featuring Bell's Winter White Ale. Kalamazoo will be wearing special Bell's jerseys that will be auctioned off following the game with the proceeds benefiting Gryphon Place.

Tickets for all K-Wings home games are currently on sale at Wings Stadium Ticket Office, all Ticketmaster locations, including www.ticketmaster.com or by calling (800) 745-3000.

Fans that plan on attending multiple games can avoid service fees plus enjoy a discount from the single-game price by purchasing a 12, 24 or 36-game flexi-plan. These plans along with group (15 or more people) ticket packages may be ordered through the K-Wings front office by calling (269) 743-6011.
