Hershey, PA- The Portland Pirates dropped their final game before the All-Star Break on Saturday, falling 2-1 to the Hershey Bears in Hershey. Brandon Yip had the Pirates' tally and Brandon Gormley extended his point streak to 3 games in the loss.

Yip's goal was his 6th of the year, with Tobias Rieder picking up the secondary assist on the goal. Domingue would be key in keeping the Pirates level with Hershey, stopping a series of shots in the closing minutes of the period to keep the Bears off the board and the score tied into the second intermission.
