The Americans and Silvertips will match up again tonight at the Toyota Center. The two teams played last night when the Americans defeated the Western Conference leading Silvertips 7-5. Tri-City now has wins in two straight games.
Tonight is the fifth game in a 12 game season series between the two teams.
Michal Gut has the most head-to-head points with two goals and eight assists. For the Americans, Petr Moravec has the most points against Everett with two goals and five assists after putting up four assists in last night's game.
The Americans scored a season high seven goals last night. Sasha Mutala led scoring with three goals, recording his second career hat trick. Lukas Dragicevic had two goals and one assist, his first career multi-point game. Petr Moravec contributed a career high four assists.
Tri-City was 50% on the power play, scoring a season high three goals with a man advantage. The Ams were perfect on the penalty kill, shutting down the Silvertips on all three power play opportunities.
Tomas Suchanek was in net for his second straight win and turned aside 36 of 41 shots.
