
Aeros host Halloween game against Bruins tonight, 7:35 p.m.

HOUSTON, Texas - The Houston Aeros host the Providence Bruins tonight at Toyota Center in a 7:35 p.m. Halloween game. The Aeros have a 3-2-0-1 record against the Bruins. If you can't make it out to see the Bruins in their only visit to Houston tune in to Joe O'Donnell on 1070-AM KNTH or watch the game live on AHLLIVE.com. Being Halloween kids are encouraged to wear costumes tonight and get their pictures taken with the Aero Dynamics!
A pair of brothers play tonight when Aeros' goaltender Nolan Schaefer and Bruins' left wing Peter Schaefer take to the ice. The two have never played professionally against one another. The Aeros enter the game with a 5-3-0-0 record and are tied for third place in the West Division with the Iowa Chops with 10 points. Houston is a perfect 4-0-0-0 at home and has outscored their opponents 16-8 at Toyota Center. Providence enters tonight's game with a 5-1-1-0 record and is in first place in the Atlantic Division with 11 points. Overall, the Aeros are 3-2-0-1 against the Bruins and 2-1 at home.
Sunday's 4:05 p.m. game against the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins is the first Amerigroup Family Day of the season on Houston Aeros' Bobblehead Election Night. John McCain and Barack Obama bobbleheads will be handed out to the first 3,000 people through the doors at Toyota Center. 1,500 bobbleheads of each candidate are available so arrive early to get your choice! The winner will be announced during the second intermission.
