Indianapolis Indians News Release

INDIANAPOLIS -- Keon Broxton singled home Alen Hanson in the bottom of the 13th inning to send the Indianapolis Indians to a 3-2 walkoff win over the Louisville Bats Monday night at Victory Field.

Hanson doubled with one out in the inning before racing home and sliding under the tag as the winning run. He went hitless in four at-bats prior to reaching as the potential walkoff run on doubles in both the 11th and 13th frames.

Backup catcher Wilkin Castillo worked out of a bases-loaded jam in the top half of the inning to earn his second victory in four relief appearances. The right-hander, alternating between the stretch and the windup with each successive pitch, extended his scoreless streak to 4 2/3 innings with the effort.

Broxton finished at 2-for-5 with a double, two RBIs and a stolen base.
