January 26, 2026 - BASEBALL Canadian Baseball League: Canada's former semi-pro Intercounty Baseball League (IBL), which announced plans to become a full professional independent league starting in 2026 under the Canadian Baseball League (CBL) name, announced its 2026 season schedule last month. January 26, 2026 - OTTAWA - The Ottawa REDBLACKS announced today that the football club has re-signed American receiver Justin Hardy. The 34-year old Hardy suited up in 18 games last season for the REDBLACKS, posting 78 receptions for 1,019 yards and eight touchdowns.
