Gerald Mincey Offensive lineman College: Kentucky Height: 6.06 Weight: 325 Born: May 8, 2002 Birthplace: Pompano Beach, FL American Mincey played his senior collegiate season at Kentucky and started the first seven games of the season for the Wildcats before missing the final four contests due to injury. Roughriders Sign Four-Time All-Big South Defensive End Ty French

February 27, 2026 - The Saskatchewan Roughriders have signed American defensive end Ty French. French (6'1-235) played collegiately at Gardner-Webb (2020-23) and West Virginia (2024) before being invited to the San Francisco 49ers' rookie mini-camp in 2025. At West Virginia, French played linebacker in 13 games in 2024, registering 22 total tackles, including three for a loss, three quarterback hurries and one pass breakup.
