April 23, 2026 - ARLINGTON, TX - Statistically, just 1.5% of NCAA draft-eligible players are selected in the NFL Draft, and even fewer hear their name called in the first round. Currently in the UFL, five players hold that distinction, each bringing elite pedigree and experience to the spring league. CFL Saskatchewan Roughriders April 23, 2026 - Long snapper Jorgen Hus, the longest-serving member of the 2025 Grey Cup Champion Saskatchewan Roughriders, has announced his retirement from professional football after a prosperous decade with the Green and White. CFL Calgary Stampeders April 23, 2026 - The Calgary Stampeders will host quarterback David Jordan from the University of Calgary Dinos as a participant of the team's 2026 rookie camp and training camp. Jordan spent his first season with the Dinos in 2025, playing in eight games. Before arriving at the U of C, Jordan played at Florida A&M where he was coached by former Stamps quarterback and Canadian Football Hall of Fame member Henry Burris.
