Fort Wayne, IN - For the second time in two days, the Fort Wayne Wizards will undergo a new roster, with the addition of right-hander Aaron Breit and the reassignment of right-hander Tyler Davis within the San Diego Padres organization.
Breit, a 12th round selection by the Padres in 2005 out of Garden City Junior College in Kansas, spent the entire 2007 season with the Wizards. He was 3-11 with a 6.73 earned run average in 31 games, including 21 starts. Over the span of 108.1 innings, Breit allowed 139 hits, walked 47 and struck out 80. He spent the 2006 season with the Eugene Emeralds of the Northwest League, going 2-3 with a 3.08 ERA in 18 games, which included 12 starts. He allowed 60 hits, walked 22 and struck out 69 in 64.1 innings of work.
Davis was assigned to the Emeralds, who start their season the week of June 16.
In 22 relief appearances, Davis was 1-4 with two saves and a 4.18 ERA. In 23.2 innings, he allowed 29 hits, walked nine and struck out 18.

Upcoming Games
Fort Wayne continues their current eight-game road trip with the finale of a four-game series against the Great Lakes Loons, the Midwest League affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers tonight before taking on the Lansing Lugnuts, the Midwest League affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays in a four-game set starting on Thursday.
The Wizards return to Memorial Stadium on Monday, June 9 at 7:00 p.m. to open a four-game homestand against the Dayton Dragons, the Midwest League affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds.
