Dayton Dragons News Release
DAYTON, OH- An autograph from baseball players. A hug from a giant Dragon named Heater. A collection of baseball cards. A great breakfast.
Normally, to get each of the four items listed above, you'd have to travel to four different places. Not anymore.
The Dayton Dragons have teamed up with area Bob Evans restaurants and Kroger stores to bring you the best baseball and breakfast around. On select dates throughout the summer, three Dragons players and Heater, the Dragons lovable mascot, will be visiting Bob Evans and Kroger locations throughout the Miami Valley.
During each visit, fans will receive a free Dragons team poster to get autographed and will have the opportunity to purchase the 2008 Dayton Dragons baseball cards. There are three series of cards featuring the 2008 Dragons roster with one Dragons Legend player per series (Johnny Cueto in series one, Joey Votto in series two, and Todd Coffey in series three). Each set costs just $1.49 with the first set available now, the second set available on June 15th, and the third set going on sale July 15th.
A complete schedule of Bob Evans and Kroger visits can be found below, or online at www.daytondragons.com/promotions/offers.
