January 7, 2026 - (Peterborough, ON) - Peterborough Petes General Manager and Vice President of Operations Michael Oke announced today that the team has acquired 2006-born forward Brett Hammond and 2006-born defenceman Garrett Frazer from the Erie Otters in exchange for defenceman Blake Gowan, North Bay's second round pick in 2028, Brantford's third round pick in 2028, and Ottawa's fifth round pick in 2027. Petes Announce Details for the 17th Annual Pink in the Rink Campaign

January 6, 2026 - (Peterborough, ON) - The Peterborough Petes officially announced the details for the 17th Annual Pink in the Rink Campaign today at a press conference at the Peterborough Memorial Centre. This year's game will take place on Saturday, February 7, at 7:05 p.m. when the Petes host the Sudbury Wolves. Easton Rye Named Mary Brown's Chicken OHL Goaltender of the Week

January 5, 2026 - (Peterborough, ON) - The Ontario Hockey League (OHL) today announced that Easton Rye of the Peterborough Petes is the Mary Brown's Chicken OHL Goaltender of the Week for the second time this season, going 3-0 with a 1.33 goals-against average, .962 save percentage, one shutout and 102 saves.
