December 18, 2025 - Joe Coleman: A part of the only three-generation pitching family in MLB history, Coleman was the son of a one-time All-Star (also named Joe) and father of Chicago Cubs right-hander Casey. Originally selected by the Washington Senators in the first round of the 1965 draft, Coleman debuted as an 18-year-old that same year and would spend a total of six seasons in the nation's capital.

December 3, 2025 - If you turned on a Major League Baseball game in 2025, there's a pretty good chance you saw a former Spokane Indians player in action. A total of 57 alums spread across 22 teams made at last one appearance in the big leagues this season, including a whopping 26 with the team's parent club-the Colorado Rockies.
Some, like Chase Dollander and Kyle Karros, were playing at Avista Stadium less than a year before while others, like Atlanta Braves reliever Jesse Chavez, last suited up for the Indians over two decades ago!

The 66-game home slate opens on Friday, April 3rd and is packed to the rafters with (21) Firework Nights, (5) Rosauers Family Feast Nights, (5) Storybook Princess Nights, Star Wars Night, Harry Potter Night, and so much more!

November 25, 2025 - Baseball is a game of extremes. There's no better example of this than Aaron Judge and Jose Altuve. Both are MVPs - and likely future Hall of Famers - but one towers over the competition at 6'7" while the other is a diminutive dynamo at just 5'6". The photos of them standing next to each other appear to have been photoshopped, but they're the real deal, and have gone on to spawn countless memes.
That's the thing about baseball, though. No matter how tall or short a player is, it's still 90 feet between the bases and 60'6"... Full Story
