April 16, 2025 - BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The Birmingham Squadron today announced its 2025 Summer Series, including a local library tour, youth skills camps and the squad's annual Summer Slam NBA Draft Party. Galen Robinson Jr. Wins 2024-25 Kia NBA G League Sportsmanship Award

April 4, 2025 - BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Birmingham Squadron guard Galen Robinson, Jr. has been named the winner of the 2024-25 Kia NBA G League Sportsmanship Award, the team and league office announced today. The Sportsmanship Award honors the player who best represents the ideals of character and conduct on the court and in the community. It is named after the late Jason Collier, who exemplified the qualities of a great teammate during his career in the NBA G League and the NBA. Squadron Fall in Overtime in Penultimate Game of 2024-25 Season

March 28, 2025 - BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The Birmingham Squadron, NBA G League affiliate of the New Orleans Pelicans, fell in overtime to the Osceola Magic, 124-122, Friday night in Kissimmee, Fla. The result marked the first overtime loss in franchise history for Birmingham. Davon Reed paced the visiting Squadron (12-21) in scoring with 28 points on 7-of-17 shooting from the field. March 25, 2025 - BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The Birmingham Squadron, NBA G League affiliate of the New Orleans Pelicans, fell to the homestanding Rio Grande Valley Vipers, NBA G League affiliate of the Houston Rockets, 119-114, Tuesday night in Edinburg, Texas.
