
Wranglers Victorious over Salmon Kings 4-1

Las Vegas, NV â The Las Vegas Wranglers beat the Victoria Salmon Kings 4-1 in front of a crowd of 5,920 at the Orleans Arena on Monday night. Wranglers' goaltender Sebastien Centomo stopped 36 shots in the win. The line of Darren Lynch, Shawn Limpright, and Dustin Johner totaled eight points in the victory for Las Vegas. The Wranglers host the Long Beach Ice Dogs on Tuesday, February 8th at 7:05 pm.
In the first period, the Wranglers took a 1-0 lead as Darren Lynch scored at 10:15 of the period. Wingers Shawn Limpright and Dustin Johner both picked up an assist on the goal.
In the second period, Christian Chartier gave the Wranglers a 2-0 lead on the power play. Victoria's Ryan Watson countered for the Salmon Kings, scoring his eighth goal of the season and making the score 2-1. Las Vegas scored their third goal of the night as Joe Frederick fired a shot from the point, and Chris Stanley re-directed the puck into the net for the 3-1 Wranglers lead. Lynch scored the final goal of the game with 32 seconds left in the second period giving Las Vegas a 4-1 lead.
The Wranglers will continue their seven-game home stand next Tuesday, February 8th when Las Vegas hosts Long Beach at 7:05 pm. On February 11th, the Idaho Steelheads come to town on Mullet Wig Night. The first 1,000 fans through the gate will get a free Mullet Wig, compliments of Style America Salon.

Fans may purchase seats to all Wranglers home games at any of the following ticket locations; The Orleans Arena Box Office, Coast Casinos' showroom box offices at The Orleans, Gold Coast and Suncoast, or at the Boulevard, Galleria or Meadows Malls guest relations/ticket centers.
