
Wranglers hang on for 4-3 win over Texas

LAS VEGAS, NV- The Las Vegas Wranglers® defeated the Texas Wildcatters 4-3 on Saturday night in front of 4,986 fans at the Orleans Arena. Ryan Donally's second goal of the season proved to be the game-winner for the Wranglers. Adam Cracknell, playing only his second game after missing 41 games due to injury, scored a goal and added an assist for Las Vegas in the win. Texas forward Mike Bayrack scored his 30th goal of the season in the loss. The Wranglers will host the Fresno Falcons on Tuesday night at the Orleans Arena at 7:05pm (PST).
In the first period, Wranglers' forward Adam Cracknell snapped a shot past Matt Yeats at 13:04 to give Las Vegas a 1-0 lead. The Wranglers added to the lead four-minutes later when Arpad Mihaly slammed home a rebound to make the score 2-0. Joe Tallari scored 23-seconds later to expand the lead 3-0 for Las Vegas.
In the second period, Las Vegas scored their final goal when Ryan Donally scored for the second time this season to give the Wranglers 4-0. Colin Nicholson got the Wildcatters on the board at 16:35 to make the score 4-1. Texas forward Mark Rooneem added his tenth goal of the season to cut the lead to 4-2.
In the third period, Wildcatters winger Mike Bayrack tallied his 30th goal of the season on the power-play for the final score of 4-3.
