The Wolf Pack are off to their best start in franchise history with six straight wins. Dominic Moore is riding a six game point-scoring streak (2-6-8), and the goaltending duo of Jason LaBarbera and Steve Valiquette boast the best goals against average in the league at 1.17. The team has allowed just seven goals in six games.

Coming Up:

The team starts its longest home stand of the year today, six games in 13 nights. After today's day-game, the club will remain idle until the weekend, playing Bridgeport on Saturday and Springfield on Sunday. Tickets for the November 13 Wolf Pack versus Providence game are going fast. It's the Wolf Pack's first Scout Night of the season, and $14 scout tickets are sold out for large groups. There are still $12 scout group tickets available. Scout groups considering coming to the game, should call 860-548-2000 as soon as possible to reserve their seats. The team will be giving away the fourth edition of Sonar Bobblehead to every fan in attendance at the November 13 game as well.

Monday, November 1 - Wolf Pack versus Houston - Hartford Civic Center 11:05 a.m.

* The Pack play their first ever weekday game geared towards school children and education, the "EduSkate" game will feature questions and answers throughout the game tied to a special educational pamphlet given to all children at the game.
* Business people and residents of the downtown area can take advantage of a special $10 ticket that also gets them a voucher for a slice of pizza or hotdog and a soda

Tuesday, November 2 - "Pack Talk" at Little Mark's Big Barbecue on ESPN 1410

* This week's guests Dominic Moore and Jeff MacMillan join the voice of the Wolf Pack, Bob Crawford at Little Mark's Big Barbecue, 279 West Main Street (Route 44) in Avon from 7 to 8:00 p.m. Join the gang at Little Mark's and find out more about your favorite Wolf Pack players, or listen to the show live on ESPN Radio 1410.

Friday, November 5 - Wolf Pack on WTIC

Captain Ken Gernander, AHL MVP Jason LaBarbera and sharp-shooter Jeff Hamilton are scheduled to join Joe D'Ambrosio on SportsTalk on WTIC at 6:00 p.m.

Saturday, November 6 - Wolf Pack versus Bridgeport - Hartford Civic Center 7:05 p.m.

* Second game of GEICO Connecticut Cup. The Pack lead the season series 1-0 with a 3-2 win over the Sound Tigers on October 23. The Cup will be on display at the Wolf Pack table on the concourse.
* The NHL's first ever black player is scheduled to drop the puck at the game; Willie O'Ree, the NHL's Director of Youth Development for NHL Diversity will be honored by the Pack.
* This is also the Pack's first "Guaranteed Win Night". If the Pack do not beat Bridgeport, fans will receive a coupon good for a free ticket to the team's game against Hershey on Wednesday, November 10.
* Cox, WZMX and CMS will be on hand with a Sponge Bob Movie promotion too (the character will NOT be at the game)

Sunday, November 7 - Wolf Pack versus Springfield - Hartford Civic Center 4:05 p.m.

* Game two of 10 between the two clubs this season. On October 24, Dominic Moore had two assists and Jason LaBarbera made 23 saves in the 3-1 win over the Falcons.
