Rio Grande Valley Vipers News Release
MCALLEN, TEXAS - The NBA Development League Rio Grande Valley Vipers announced today that an interview with General Manager Gersson Rosas will be shown on NBA D-League Central at 3:00 p.m. followed by the Vipers' 100-94 win at Erie on January 23 at 3:30 on NBA TV tomorrow.
NBA TV can be found on channel 310 on Time Warner Cable, 402 on Dish Network and 216 on DirecTV.
This is the fifth Vipers game to be featured on NBA TV this season. The Vipers' 109-102 win at Austin on November 28 and their 103-95 win against Reno at Dodge Arena on December 21 have also been featured as the NBA Development League Game of the Week. Both of the Vipers games at the NBA Development League Showcase on January 4 and 6 were shown live on NBA TV as well.
The Vipers will have three home games shown live nationally in high definition on VERSUS, starting with Saturday's 7:30 p.m. against Reno. It will be the first time a professional sporting event in the Rio Grande Valley is nationally televised.
VERSUS can be found on Channel 314 in standard definition and channel 1314 in high definition on Time Warner Cable. It can also be found on channel 151 on Dish Network.
This is also the second time the Vipers have been featured on NBA D-League Central this season. Joey Dorsey, who was on assignment from the Houston Rockets, was featured in December.
