As the countdown for the start of the 2021 MLS season winds down, Inter Miami continues its preparation at the Club's facilities in Fort Lauderdale . Here's what the boys have up next in a week jammed pack with training sessions and scrimmages.

Monday, April 5 - Vaccination Day

On Monday April 5, First Team carried out a single training session and received their first doses of the COVID-19 vaccine at the Inter Miami CF Stadium vaccination site.

Tuesday, April 6 - Heron Talk: Henderson, Leerdam and Jones Media Availability

Following the team's training session on Tuesday, April 6, Inter Miami CF's Chief Soccer Officer and Sporting Director Chris Henderson and players Kelvin Leerdam and Joevin Jones, who recently joined the squad, will be participating in a virtual press conference.

Be on the lookout for the Heron Talk pieces throughout the week for their comments.

Wednesday, April 7 - Closed-doors scrimmage vs. Miami FC

Inter Miami will play its first scrimmage of the week on Wednesday, April 7, taking on Miami FC in a closed-doors scrimmage at Inter Miami CF Stadium.

Friday, April 9 and Saturday, April 10 - Training

Following a recovery day on Thursday, April 8, the boys will return to work with training sessions on Friday, April 9 and Saturday, April 10.

Sunday, April 11- Final Preseason Fixtures

The team will close out its 2021 preseason fixtures with a double-header at the Club's facilities on Sunday, April 11; first facing Miami FC in a closed-doors scrimmage and then playing its final preseason friendly against Toronto FC at Inter Miami CF Stadium at 2 p.m. ET. Fans will be able to follow the action of the game against Toronto through the Club's social media channels.
