Turner Elson Assigned to Abbotsford

Abbotsford, BC - Abbotsford Heat General Manager Jay Feaster announced today that Left Winger Turner Elson has been assigned to the Heat.

Elson just completed his fourth season with the Red Deer Rebels (WHL) where he served as team captain. The 20-year-old finished second in Rebels scoring with 26 goals and 57 points in 64 regular season games and recorded a team high rating of plus-26. Elson led Red Deer in playoff scoring with five goals and four assists in nine post-season games.
