Toronto Marlies News Release

The Toronto Marlies dropped their Saturday matinee match against rival Rochester Americans 4-1. Unfortunately, the Marlies could not mount a comeback off the early tally, despite a strong effort in the third.

- Christopher Gibson made 37 saves in the losing effort

- The Marlies were playing their second of three games in three days

- Rochester goal scorer's; Daniel Catenacci, Akim Aliu, Phil Varone, Mikhail Grigorenko

The next Marlies home game is Sunday October 19 against the Rockford Ice Hogs at 3:00pm.
