STORM NOTES

- The Streak Closes! Toledo's 8 game unbeaten streak came to a close Saturday night in Trenton. In its previous 8 games Toledo was 7-0-1, which was the best streak this season.

- Road Warriors! Despite falling Saturday night in Trenton, Toledo is 7-2-1 is its last 10 road games. Toledo is currently through 2 of its season high 7 game road swing.

- Third Period Dominance! Toledo continues to own the third periods this season. The Storm has out scored opponents by thirty goals this season in the third (60-30). That is the best margin in the ECHL.

- Power Play! The Storm Power Play went 2 for 18 over the last week. For the season, the Storm power play ranks 13th in the ECHL at 19.0%. They have scored 50 goals in 263 power play opportunities.

- Penalty Kill! The Storm is ranked 12th in the league in kill percentage at 82.7%. Toledo has allowed 39 goals in 225 times shorthanded this year.

STORM WATCH

- Storm Coach's Show! The Toledo Storm Coach's Show is this Tuesday evening from 6-7pm at the Maumee Bay Brewing Company inside the Oliver House, Downtown Toledo. Head Coach Nick Vitucci and Forward Jeff Attard will join Matt Melzak for insight and conversation on the 2005-06 season and what lies ahead for the Storm. The Storm Coach's Show can be heard live on Dominion 1520 JAMZ, which is the home of Toledo Storm Hockey.

- The Week Ahead! Toledo is back in action this Wednesday night in Wheeling. Toledo is 4-2-1 against the Nailers this season. On Friday night, Toledo's seven game road swing continues in Johnstown against the Chiefs. The Storm has taken 5 of the first 6 games against Johnstown this season. Twice this season the Storm has scored 7 goals in a game against the Chiefs. Saturday and Sunday Toledo will play in Reading. The Storm are 3-1-1 against the Royals this season.
