Last Meeting

March 2, 2013 - Wheeling ended a six-game home losing streak by shutting out the Titans, 3-0. It was the second shutout at home for Wheeling over Trenton this year (5-0 on January 5).

Next Meeting

The Nailers come back to Trenton one more time to finish out the Titans home schedule. The teams will play a pair on back-to-back nights, March 22-23, at 7:05.

Record (Home/Away); Streaks

Wheeling: 6-17-2-3 Road (4-6 in last 10 road games, including 2 SOW). The Nailers are 4-4-0-2 in their last 10 overall and are currently on a four-game point streak (2-0-0-2). Trenton: 14-12-2-2 Home (4-3-1-2 in last 10 at home, including a 3-2 loss to Wheeling on January 26). The Titans are 5-4-0-1 overall in their last 10 and are on a two-game win streak.

Season Series

Wheeling: 5-1-0-1; Trenton 2-4-1 (1-1 at home v. WHL)

Road Weary

The Nailers currently have the worst road record in the league (6-17-2-3). The next closest in the Eastern Conference is Evansville (8-15-2-3). Bakersfield has the worst record away from home in the West, with an 8-22-2-1 mark

Shot Down

Wheeling leads the ECHL in Shootouts (13) and SOL (8). The Nailers had a total of eight shootouts all last year, going 3-5.

Trenton had lost seven straight shootouts - including 0-6 last year - before getting a wild 7-6 win (1-0 SO) over Elmira on December 1. The Titans are 2-4 this year, winning their last shootout in Wheeling March 1.
