Texas Stars to Open Training Camp on Tuesday

CEDAR PARK, Texas - The Texas Stars, American Hockey League affiliate of the NHL's Dallas Stars, announced the team's 2019 Training Camp schedule which begins on Tuesday, Sept. 24 at H-E-B Center at Cedar Park.

Training camp runs from Tuesday, Sept. 24 through Friday, Sept. 27 with a full outline of practice and game times listed below. All on-ice practice times are open to the media and fans. Fans that plan to attend open practices are instructed to enter the H-E-B Center at the east doors of the building. For media inquiries, please contact Brian Tosti at btosti@texasstars.com.

Tuesday, Sept. 24

- 10 a.m.- 12 p.m. - Practice

Wednesday, Sept. 25

- 10 a.m.- 12 p.m. - Practice

Thursday, Sept. 26

- 10 a.m.- 11 a.m. - Practice

- 7 p.m. - Preseason Game at San Antonio (AT&T Center)

Friday, Sept. 27

- 7 p.m. - Preseason Game vs. San Antonio (H-E-B Center at Cedar Park)

Please note: Times for all on-ice sessions are subject to change

The Stars will face the San Antonio Rampage in a pair of preseason games. The team travels to AT&T Center in San Antonio on Thursday, Sept. 26 for a 7 p.m. game before returning home to H-E-B Center on Friday, Sept. 27. The puck drops at 7 p.m.

Texas opens the regular season at home on Friday, Oct. 4 against the Tucson Roadrunners at 7 p.m. to begin Opening Weekend at H-E-B Center at Cedar Park.
