
Texas Stars Announce Schedule for 2014 Western Conference

CEDAR PARK, Texas - The Texas Stars, proud American Hockey League affiliate of the Dallas Stars, announced today the dates for their first round matchup with the Oklahoma City Barons in the 2014 Calder Cup Playoffs.
The top-seeded Stars, who clinched the Macgregor Kilpatrick Trophy as the 2013-14 AHL regular season champions with a 2-1 win at Oklahoma City on Wednesday, will play the eighth place Barons in a best-of-five first round series. Playing a 2-3 format, Texas will travel to Oklahoma City for Games 1 and 2 and will host Games 3, 4 and 5, if necessary.

Game 1 - Wednesday, April 23rd - 7:00 p.m. at Oklahoma City (Cox Convention Center)
Game 2 - Saturday, April 26th - 8:00 p.m. at Oklahoma City (Cox Convention Center)
Game 3 - Wednesday, April 30th - 7:30 p.m. vs. Oklahoma City (Cedar Park Center)
Game 4** - Friday, May 2nd - 7:30 p.m. vs. Oklahoma City (Cedar Park Center)

Individual game tickets for the Stars' Western Conference Quarterfinal home dates will go on sale on Saturday, April 19th. Tickets may be purchased via Ticketmaster or the Cedar Park Center Box Office. The Texas Stars will complete the 2013-14 regular season at Cedar Park Center on Saturday, April 19th at 7:00 p.m. against the Abbotsford Heat. Saturday's game is Fan Appreciation Night with a Stars Commemorative Print Giveaway, as well as being a Coke Zero Family Four Pack Night and a Texas Lottery Lucky Row Night.
