Szwez Joins Long List Of Recalls In Syracuse

Dayton, OH - The Dayton Bombers of the ECHL announced on Monday forward Jeff Szwez was recalled by the Syracuse Crunch of the American Hockey League.

Szwez, 24, has recorded 13 goals, 9 assists, 22 points and 30 penalty minutes in 22 games with the Bombers this season. The Etobicoke, Ontario native is also third in the ECHL with 6 powerplay goals.

Szwez joins former Bombers teammates Tyler Kolarik, Brett Nowak, Mike Ayers and Tim Konsorada in Syracuse. He is the ninth Dayton player recalled by the American Hockey League this season. Bombers forward Brian Gornick and defenseman Mark Flood have also played in Syracuse this season. Below is a list of recalls this season.

The Crunch travel to north to face the Manitoba Moose Tuesday and Wednesday nights at 8:30 PM.
