LOUISVILLE, KY. - Max Schrock, Alfredo Rodriguez and Narciso Crook homered, but the Gwinnett Stripers responded with five home runs of their own to defeat the Louisville Bats 10-5 Friday night at Louisville Slugger Field.

Johan Camargo took starter Riley O'Brien deep for a two-run shot in the third inning. MLB veteran Jason Kipnis followed with a solo shot of his own for back-to-back blasts that buffered Gwinnett's lead to 4-0 after two innings.

After Jonathan Morales doubled home an additional run in the fourth, Atlanta Braves rehabber Eddie Rosario plated a trio of runs with his second homer of the series. Rosario also hit a grand slam in the second game of the series and now has 10 RBIs against the Bats this homestand.

Yolmer Sanchez and Morales each homered in the seventh to cap off the longball assault for the Stripers.

Schrock lifted a two-run home run in the fourth to put the Bats on the board and Rodriguez went deep with a two-run blast in the sixth for the remainder of Louisville's offense. Rodriguez lifted just one home run prior to Friday, also going deep against the same team and same pitcher in Connor Johnstone on May 13 at Gwinnett.

Crook added a homer in the ninth to make it 10-5.

Bryce Elder earned the win for Gwinnett in his Triple-A debut with two runs over 5.0 innings.

The Stripers and Bats will continue their series Saturday at 7 p.m. at Louisville Slugger Field. LHP Reiver Sanmartin (4-1, 3.33) gets the ball against RHP Jose Rodriguez (3-3, 6.02).
