Stoll Recalled to Oilers

Hamilton Bulldogs News Release


The Edmonton Oilers, a parent club of the AHL's Hamilton Bulldogs, have recalled centre Jarret Stoll from Hamilton.

Stoll, a 20-year old native of Yorkton, Saskatchewan, was the Bulldogs fourth leading scoring at the time of his recall. The 6'1", 200 pound forward has scored 44 points (17g-27a-44pts) in 61 games in Hamilton this season, along with 70 penalty minutes. Stoll has previously played in two NHL games for the Oilers. He recored his first NHL point, an assist, in his first NHL game in Edmonton vs. Minnesota on January 29th. This marks Stoll's second recall to the Oilers.

The Bulldogs next action takes place tonight (Wednesday) as they take on the Barons at the Gund Arena in Cleveland. Bulldogs fans can listen to Derek Wills call all the action, beginning with the pre-game show at 6:50 p.m. on 820 CHAM-AM or on-line at www.hamiltonbulldogs.com.
