Sunday, November 1: Evansville at South Carolina, 3:05 p.m.

LAST WEEK'S RESULTS:

October 23, 2015: South Carolina at Greenville, 5-3 L

The Greenville Swamp Rabbits held off the South Carolina Stingrays to earn a 5-3 win in their Home Opener at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena last Friday night. The Swamp Rabbits would pull away with a pair of goals in the third period. Josh Nicholls scored on the power play at 6:10 to make it 4-2. The Stingrays would strike to keep the score close at 7:47 as Joe Devin's slap shot converted for his first goal of the season. However, the Swamp Rabbits would add one more tally on a goal by Ryan Rashid on a deflection with only 1:56 remaining. Rashid's redirect of a shot beat South Carolina goalie Mark Dekanich through the five-hole to put South Carolina's comeback hopes out of reach.

October 24, 2015: Greenville at South Carolina, 3-2 OTL

Bretton Cameron tied the game midway through the third period and scored the game-winning goal in overtime to give the Greenville Swamp Rabbits a 3-2 win over the South Carolina Stingrays last Saturday night at the North Charleston Coliseum. The contest marked the first three-on-three overtime in Stingrays team history, but a too many men on the ice penalty assessed to South Carolina sent the Stingrays to the penalty kill. Cameron would make the Stingrays pay, knocking in his third shot attempt over an outstretched South Carolina goaltender Vitek Vanecek to give the Swamp Rabbits the win at 1:55 of the extra session.

October 25, 2015: Atlana at South Carolina, 5-3 L

The South Carolina Stingrays scored three goals in the third period, but the Atlanta Gladiators pulled away for a 5-3 victory Sunday afternoon at the North Charleston Coliseum. The contest dropped the Stingrays to 1-3-1 on the young 2015-2016 ECHL season. Bobby Shea, Andrew Johnston and Stephan Vigier scored for South Carolina.

JOHNSTON ENJOYS BIG WEEKEND:

Forward Andrew Johnston scored four points in three games last weekend for South Carolina. After adding an assist Friday, Johnston struck for a shorthanded goal and an assist on Saturday, and added his second goal of the season on Sunday. The forward joined the club via a trade with Missouri after spending last year with the Reading Royals.

WELCOME BACK VIGIER:

After being reacquired last Monday from Toledo, forward Stephan Vigier returned to the Stingrays in grand fashion last week. The forward scored a pair of goals in his first three games with the Stingrays, including a tally late in the game in a 5-3 loss to Atlanta on Sunday. Vigier had dressed in eight games with the Stingrays in 2013-2014, scoring five goals.
