At print time, the Knights and Stars both have 80 points. Iowa's record stands at 36-29-1-7, while the Knights have compiled a 34-26-2-10 record. The Knights play in Chicago on Wednesday night. Chicago is five points behind the Stars and Knights--- Tuesday afternoon, left wing Lynn Loyns was recalled by Omaha's NHL affiliate, the Calgary Flames. The Flames then re-assigned right wing Carsen Germyn to Omaha. Loyns has skated in 64 games for the Knights, notching nine goals and eight assists for 17 points. Germyn is tied for second in team scoring with 22 goals and 26 assists, 48 points--- Omaha is 7-1-0-2 in their last 10 games. Their most recent action saw them post a 2-1 shootout loss to Milwaukee on April 1st--- Mark Giordano leads the Knights in points against Iowa. He has one goal and six assists in nine games. In eight games against Omaha, Iowa goalie Dan Ellis has posted a .948 Save Percentage and a 1.48 Goals Against Average. His record is 4-3-1, however, in two of the losses, he has allowed just one goal in each game. Iowa plays in Chicago on Saturday, and Sunday, then returns home to play the Wolves on Tuesday, April 11th--- The Wolves currently have a record of 32- 30-3-8 with 75 overall points. They have also been on fire as of late, posting a 7-3 record in their last 10 games, including seven straight wins. Their last game was a 5-3 win at Toronto on April 1st--- Ramzi Abid leads the Wolves with 69 points, including 30 goals--- When leading after two periods, Iowa is 24-2-1-2, while Chicago is 20-3-3- 1--- In five games against Chicago, Junior Lessard leads the Stars with eight points via five goals and three assists. Reigning Rookie of the Month Loui Eriksson, and Toby Petersen are next up with seven points, both in seven games. Iowa goalie Mike Smith is 4-0 with a 1.98 Goals Against Average and a .927 Save Percentage against Chicago. He has allowed eight total goals in those four games. Both the Stars and Wolves have scored three more goals than they have allowed: Chicago 257-254, Iowa 213-210.
