On Tuesday night, Andrew Murray had two goals and an assist and Dan Fritsche scored twice as Syracuse rallied to defeat Manitoba, 6-4... The win moved the Crunch into second place in the North Division, one point ahead of the Moose.

LOOKING AHEAD: The game of the night in the AHL sees Chicago hosting Omaha (7:00 CT) with both teams' playoff hopes hanging in the balance... The Wolves have won seven in a row, but are still five points back of the fourth-place Ak-Sar-Ben Knights, who are 16-3-0-3 in their last 22 games and have won 10 of 12 on the road... Omaha defenseman Mark Giordano and Chicago forward Ramzi Abid share the lead in the season series with 13 points apiece through nine meetings... Justin Morrison has scored a goal in four straight games for the Wolves, giving him 12 goals in his last 17 contests... Omaha has played seven straight one-goal games, including five that have gone to overtime... Brent Krahn is 6-0-2 in his last eight decisions for the Knights, and 14-2-2 since Feb. 4... Omaha owns a slight 10-points-to-9 edge in the season series, and has split its first four visits to Allstate Arena.

Needing just one point over its final seven games to wrap up the fourth and final playoff spot in the North Division, Toronto visits Rochester on Wednesday (7:05 ET) for the teams' eighth and final meeting of the year... The Marlies are 5-1-2-0 in their last eight road games, but have lost three in a row overall... John Pohl, on a six-game scoring streak for Toronto (4g, 6a), was recalled by the parent Maple Leafs on Monday... Marlies rookie John Mitchell saw his own six-game scoring streak snapped on Saturday night... With 11 points in his last seven games, Clarke MacArthur is now one of three co-leaders atop Rochester's scoring page with 50 points on the year... A pair of five-point games in October still has Derek Roy as the leading scorer in the season series, even though he has been with the NHL's Buffalo Sabres for the last five months.

Wilkes-Barre/Scranton can wrap up the East Division title with a win over visiting Binghamton on Wednesday night (7:05 ET)... The Penguins have won six straight from the Senators at the Wachovia Arena at Casey Plaza, including three in last year's division semifinal playoff meeting, but Kelly Guard and the Sens blanked the Pens on Friday night in Binghamton, 2-0... Denis Hamel and his 51 goals were recalled by Ottawa on Monday... Wilkes-Barre is 7-1-2-2 in its last 12 games, coinciding of the arrivals of Krystofer Kolanos (8g, 4a) and Petr Taticek (3g, 2a)... Dany Sabourin's 27 wins this season are a club record, surpassing Marc-Andre Fleury's 26 victories in 2004-05.
