Sivak Gets First AHL Call-Up

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. - The San Francisco Bulls Professional Hockey Team, proud affiliate of the San Jose Sharks, announced today that forward Peter Sivak has been loaned to the Bulls' AHL affiliate, the Worcester Sharks. Sivak practiced with Worcester today and is expected to make his AHL debut on Friday.

Sivak, 30, leads the Bulls and ranks fourth in the ECHL with 33 goals. He also leads the Bulls with 56 points in 64 games. The Slovakian citizen is tied for fifth in the ECHL with six game-winning goals. Sivak leads all ECHL playerss with 266 shots on goals. Prior to this season, he played professionally in Slovakia and the Czech Republic since 1999.

This Friday, March 22, the Bulls are back in action as they take on the Stockton Thunder at 7:15. San Francisco will be hosting Breast Cancer Awareness Night! The first 2,000 women 18 and over will receive a Pink Bulls hat, courtesy of Seton Hall Medical Center. Call 855-SF-BULLS for tickets.
