Sandwiches And Cookies This Weekend!
The Monarchs are offering fans two great ticket packages this weekend when they host the Worcester Sharks on Friday, February 6 and the Manitoba Moose on Sunday, February 8. On Friday, fans can purchase four Silver Level tickets to the game against the Sharks and a Great Divide sandwich from D'Angelo for only $50. Then on Sunday, when the Monarchs host the Moose for the first time in since the 2003-04 season, fans can purchase four tickets and four boxes of Girl Scout Cookies starting at $60!
Monarchs Alumni Report - Dustin Brown
From the first time a 19-year-old Dustin Brown donned the purple and gold of the Manchester Monarchs in the 2004-05 season, it was apparent he wasn't just another player. It was very obvious that any player who could hit and score like him was headed for NHL greatness. Four years later, âBrownie' is the Los Angeles Kings' captain, coming off his best season in which he scored 33 goals, and his status in the league was never more apparent than at the NHL All-Star Game less than two weeks ago in Montreal.
Winning With Wellness
The Monarchs Care Foundation has joined with the Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Foundation and the Foundation for Healthy Communities to introduce the Winning With Wellness program that teaches children the importance of eating healthy and staying fit. The Winning With Wellness program will be visiting schools throughout New Hampshire sharing their message with third, fourth and fifth graders. The program will feature two Monarchs players talking with students and teaching them the 5-2-1-0 Healthy NH guidelines through the Winning With Wellness program.
