Houston Aeros News Release
HOUSTON, Texas - Houston Aeros Charities (HAC) is hosting the 11th Annual Houston Aeros Celebrity Waiter Dinner & Auction on Tuesday, March 3 starting at 7 p.m. at the Intercontinental Hotel. Aeros players and coaches will be wearing aprons and serving up dinner at the annual charity fundraiser.
Last year's event hosted 300 people and raised over $113,000 for Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital. The proceeds from this year's event will help construct the Children's Memorial Hermann Respiratory Gym and expand the Asthma & Pulmonary Medicine Clinic! Please help us achieve our goal of raising $150,000!
Sponsorship opportunities are still available! You or your company can donate items for the silent or live auctions, a monetary donation or reserve a table of your own to have players and coaches personally serve you!
No gloves, no skates, no sticks, just aprons!
Each year, Children's Memorial Hermann has over 91,000 patient visits, where exceptional pediatric care is delivered in a warm, compassionate atmosphere. Nationally recognized programs are designed specifically for children, from premature infants to adolescents up to age 16. Colorful decor, themed play areas including the Houston Aeros Power Playroom and a reassuring staff attuned to the special needs of children help take the focus off of pain and illness.
