Scooby-Doo visits The Nest Saturday for a special noon game

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors return to the Mercy & Memorial Hospitals Home Ice at Rabobank Arena this Saturday against the Las Vegas Wranglers, and will receive a visit from the crime-fighting canine Scooby-Doo! Doors open at 11:00 a.m., puck drops at noon.

Scooby fans are welcome to get their photos taken with their favorite mystery-solving dog during the first and second intermissions at the Condors Photo Booth, located on the concourse behind section 111. Scooby appears courtesy of Bright House Networks, 101.5 KGFM and the Bakersfield Marriott.

Be ready to sing during the first intermission, as the arena jumbotron will be transformed into one giant karaoke machine for the inaugural "Sing for Santa." Such classics as Jingle Bells and Deck the Halls are sure to warm your hearts as you sing in unison with thousands of others in a celebratory union of goodwill and cheer.

Since this also a Bright House Networks Family Day, be sure to bring the coupon from your cable bill to receive $7 terrace level admission for every member of your family.

Make sure to get a copy of the Nightly Notes, featuring F Andrew Ianiero, as he and F Dale Reinhardt will be at the Bakersfield Marriott Autograph Booth following the game. The autograph booth is located on the arena concourse behind section 108. The players will arrive at the booth approximately 20 minutes after the conclusion of the game to meet fans and sign autographs.

Don't be alarmed if you see some geniuses in the arena, as the Mercy and Memorial Hospitals and Diamond Technologies T.H.I.N.K. program participants will receive free admission for meeting scholastic goals. Saturday's game also marks the second Bright House Networks, Bakersfield Californian, & Wells Fargo Kids Club gameof the season, where all Kids Club members get in for free.

Saturday's game will be televised live on Bright House Networks Ch. 21. All televised games will be available on Bakersfield On Demand Cable Ch. 300, starting the following day.

All games are also available to watch online through B2 Networks by clicking the "Watch and Listen Live" link on the Condors home page.
