HARTFORD, CONN. -- Rampage right wing Tim Jackman scored two deciding goals as Karl Goehring had a season-high 49 saves helping San Antonio defeat the Hartford Wolf Pack 2-1 in a shootout for their first win of their rodeo road trip Friday night at the Hartford Civic Center. The Rampage have picked up four of eight points after four games.

Tim Jackman tied the game at 1-1 at the 5:59 mark in the closing period which took the game to overtime and eventually to a shootout. Pascal Rheaume and Layne Ulmer helped Jackman tally his sixth goal of the season.

The Wolf Pack's only goal of the night came in the second period at the 2:23 mark as Dwight Helminen tallied his 21st goal.

Eric Chouinard, Ulmer each put the puck past Hartford's Al Montoya in the Rampage's first two attempts, but Jackman's shootout goal would be the deciding game-winner as the Rampage pick up their fourth shootout win. The Phoenix Coyotes' affiliate have taken three of their past four games in their 10-game road trip to shootouts.

The Rampage (15-29-1-4) face the Hamilton Bulldogs Sunday evening at 3 p.m. CT at Copps Coliseum.
