CAUGHT STREAKING: LF Josh Palacios extended his on-base streak to 24 games with a bunt-single in the third inning of today's contest...the lefty has the longest on-base streak on the Red Wings squad this season as well as the longest active streak in the International League...with his hit, Palacios ties former Red Wing Brent Rooker for the second-longest on-base streak in a Red Wings uniform since Drew Maggi reached base safely in 39-straight games from 6/21/19 - 8/9/19.

ANDREW DOUBLE-SON: OF Andrew Stevenson collected his 22nd and 23rd double of the season today, going 2-for-5 with two doubles, and two runs scored...the lefty is now tied with teammate Jake Noll and two others for the International League-lead in two-baggers...prior to this game, Stevenson had gone 11 games (since 6/28) without hitting a double...today marks the third time this season that the Louisiana-native collected a pair of two-baggers, and the first since 5/30.

JECKSSON-IAN BLAST: SS Jecksson Flores hit his first homer of the season with the Rochester Red Wings in the bottom of the 9th inning...prior to his homer, the Venezuela-native had gone 48 games without a long ball...his homerless streak marks the longest home run drought on the Red Wings.

MENESES THE MENACE: 1B Joey Meneses hit his team-leading 18th and 19th home runs of the season...these were the Mexico-native's second and third long balls of the series, and his fourth in the month of July...Meneses' 19 homers rank tied for third in the International League with Durham's Tristan Gray...with three RBI tonight, Meneses now ranks seventh in the IL in that category with 55.
