Rivermen to Appear at Casey's General Store on Wednesday, January 19

Peoria, Ill. (January 17, 2005) – Rookie goaltender Chris Beckford-Tseu and left wing Mark Jerant of the Peoria Rivermen of the ECHL will appear at the Casey's General Store in Galesburg, Ill., at 223 West Main Street on Wednesday, January 19 from 6-7:00 p.m.

Both players will interact with and sign autographs for those patrons and fans who attend.

The Peoria Rivermen are a proud affiliate of the NHL's St. Louis Blues and a member of the ECHL – The Premier "AA" Hockey League. The Rivermen host the North Division-leading Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies on Friday, January 21 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, January 23 at 3:00 p.m. On Sunday, it is another Peoria Journal Star/Insight Media Family Day. Kids 12 and Under receive a $2 Upper Bowl admission, and there are $2.50 Kids Meals available. Angelica from the Rugrats will be on hand to interact with fans.
