February 17, 2010 - American Hockey League (AHL)
Peoria Rivermen News Release
PEORIA, Ill. (February 17, 2009) - Peoria Rivermen Chief Operating Officer Josh Morin announced today that full season tickets for the 2010-11 Peoria Rivermen season will go on sale on Wednesday, Feb. 17. New for this season, the Rivermen have rolled out a long list of additional benefits for season ticket holders as well as a 40-game plan that starts as low as $10 per game.
"With the new five-year lease that the St. Louis Blues and Rivermen recently signed with the Peoria Civic Center, what better way to celebrate our commitment to the city of Peoria?" said Morin. "With great new benefits and an extremely affordable ticket price in the upper bowl, more people will be able to enjoy more Rivermen games than ever before."
Season tickets in the last five rows of the upper bowl will be available for just $400 per seat to all Rivermen home games. Even with the new low price, fans that take advantage of this offer will still be treated to all the great benefits of being a Rivermen season ticket holder.
A private season ticket holder entrance and free parking (for every four seats purchased) are just some of the advantages added to the long list of reasons to become a Rivermen season ticket holder. The enhanced benefits package also includes a four-month interest-free payment option, a holiday skating party, priority for purchasing other select Peoria Civic Center events, discounted St. Louis Blues tickets, and all Rivermen season ticket holders will be entered into a drawing for a complimentary suite at a Blues game.
Season ticket holders will also have a chance to interact with the Rivermen coaching staff during a "Chalk Talk" session during the season. Each game one fan will be introduced to the arena as the Rivermen Season Ticket Holder of the Game.
Also new this season are additional benefits added to fans in the glass seats at Carver Arena. Each seat purchased will come with a complimentary club seat to a St. Louis Blues game at Scottrade Center and an exclusive meet-and-greet with the Rivermen players during the season.
Current fans that renew their season tickets before Mar. 30 will have a chance to mingle with the Rivermen players and coaching staff in the Lexus Club at the Civic Center later that night.
Prices start as low as $400 for the same great seat location to all 40 home games. Purchasing season tickets will save an average of $186 off the gate price.
