Oklahoma scored the last six runs of the game in its 9-3 win over New Orleans Thursday at SBC Bricktown Ballpark.

The win keeps the RedHawks one half game ahead of Albuquerque in the standings. The Isotopes beat Round Rock 6-1 Thursday to eliminate the Express from the playoffs.

Chris Richard led the RedHawks offensively, going four-for-four with a double and two RBIs. It was Richar's first four-hit game this year.

Kelvin Jimenez had a quality start in his fourth start for the RedHawks this year. He went six innings and gave up three runs on five hits. Since joining the rotation out of the bullpen, Jimenez is 2-0 with a 2.10 ERA.

Jason Botts hit his 25th home run of the season and extended his single-season club RBI record to 100. He becomes the third player in the PCL with 100 RBIs. Mike Cervenak of Fresno came into today's play leading the league with 103.

The RedHawks begin a four-game series with Omaha, their final four games of the season, at 7:05 p.m. Friday at SBC Bricktown Ballpark.

Even though New Orleans leaves town for Iowa Friday, the RedHawks are still accepting donations of bottled water for the relief effort in New Orleans through Monday. Fans that bring bottled water receive a free ticket to any game from now until the end of the homestand.
