DALY CITY, Calif. - The Ontario Reign (9-1-1-3), back-to-back Pacific Division Champions and proud affiliate of the NHL's Los Angeles Kings and Winnipeg Jets, completed their seven game road trip with a 3-1 win over the San Francisco Bulls (4-7-1-1) at Cow Palace on Sunday afternoon.

With a man in the box, Ontario's Dan DaSilva stole the puck at the Reign blue line from Steven Tarasuk and skated toward the Bulls cage on a breakaway. DaSilva faked a hard shot, pulled the puck in close, and backhanded it past Tyler Beskorowany for the Reign's first shorthanded goal of the season. The goal put Ontario up 1-0 at 14:03.

The Reign made the most of a 5-on-3 advantage with a controlled play in the Bulls end. A passing play between DaSilva and Jake Newton ended up on the stick of Cameron Burt at the point; Burt ripped a hard shot deep into the Bulls net to give Ontario a 2-0 lead at the 15:15 mark of the second period.

Ontario managed to shut the San Francisco out for five full periods, but the streak ended when Mark Lee beat Michael Hutchinson while on the power play. Adrian Van de Mosselaer picked up a quick pass from Derek Couture and snapped a shot past Beskorowany from the right circle for the Reign's insurance goal. DaSilva earned his third point of the game with the other assist.

Hutchinson remains unbeaten stopping 38 of 39 shots; Beskorowany took the loss with 18 saves on 21 shots.
