Record Attendance At Lucas County Arena

(TOLEDO, OH) - The Toledo Walleye are pleased to announce that on Sunday, December 27, the new Lucas County Arena hosted its largest sell-out crowd to date.

The 8,200 in attendance is also the all-time largest crowd to see a professional hockey game in Toledo. The previous record was set on the October 16, 2009 Opening Night contest, which hosted 8,000 fans.

The Walleye are currently in a league-best eight game winning streak and are second in the ECHL's North Division.
