Rattlers and Chiefs Rained Out on Monday
August 5, 2019 - Midwest League (MWL1)
Wisconsin Timber Rattlers News Release
GRAND CHUTE, WI - Monday's Midwest League game between the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers and Peoria Chiefs at Neuroscience Group Field has been postponed by rain. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Tuesday afternoon. Game one is scheduled to start at 12:05pm.
A minor league doubleheader consists of two seven-inning games. There will be approximately 30 minutes between the end of game one and the start of game two. Tuesday is a single-admission doubleheader. One ticket will allow you admission and your own seat to both contests.
Fans with tickets for Monday's game may exchange those tickets for a ticket of equal or lesser value for any of the remaining regular season home games or for a home game in April or May of 2020. Rain check tickets can be exchanged in person at the Timber Rattlers box office or over the phone by holding the tickets with a credit card. Exchanges made over the phone are held at the will-call window at the stadium and can be picked up by turning in the rain check tickets. If the tickets are not picked up or the rain check tickets are not exchanged by the end of the game, the credit card will be charged. Rain check tickets CANNOT be exchanged online. There will be NO refunds on tickets.
The final Bark in the Park game of the season has been rescheduled from Monday to Tuesday and it is presented by Fox Valley Animal Referral Center. Please see the release at this link for details on the event and the guidelines to allow your dog to attend the game. Admission for the dogs is free.
Show your business card at the box office to receive the Baker Tilly Business Persons Special from WVBO and WNAM. The offer is a box seat ticket, a hot dog or brat, and your choice of beverage for $17. This offer is also open to military personnel with valid ID. Also, Primrose presents the Silver Foxes Deal - box seat ticket bucket hat, beverage, and brat or hot dog for $17 - to those 55 & older.
If you can't make it out for the twinbill, the radio broadcast is on AM1280, WNAM and the TuneIn Radio app starting with the Papa John's Pizza Pregame Show at 11:45am. MiLB.tv subscribers can watch the game over the internet.
