Raptors 905 Acquires E.J. Singler from Idaho Stampede

Raptors 905, the NBA Development League affiliate of the Toronto Raptors, announced Friday it has acquired forward E.J. Singler from the Idaho Stampede in exchange for Raptors 905's own original 2016 second-round draft pick, pending a physical.

In 36 regular season games this season with Idaho (eight starts), Singler, 6-foot-6, 215 pounds, is averaging 7.3 points, 3.2 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 22.1 minutes. In 58 career NBA D-League regular season games with Idaho (2013-14, 2015-16), Singler has averaged 9.9 points, 3.8 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 24.4 minutes.

In 2014-15, Singler played for BC Kalev/Cramo in Estonia, where he averaged 6.9 points, 3.4 rebounds and 17.2 minutes in 60 games (19 starts).

Prior to turning pro, Singler played four seasons at the University of Oregon (2009-13), where he averaged 10.9 points, 5.1 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 29.4 minutes in 142 games (132 starts).

Raptors 905 is back in action Saturday, March 5 when it plays host to the Maine Red Claws at Hershey Centre in Mississauga at 2 p.m.
