WHEELING, WV - The Wheeling Nailers, the "AA" affiliate of the Pittsburgh Penguins and the Philadelphia Flyers have announced today that Kyle Rank has been reassigned to Wheeling from the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins.

The graduate of St. Lawrence University was signed by Wilkes-Barre/Scranton as a free agent on June 11, 2007.

He played two seasons (2004-06) at UMass-Lowell and was named the 2004-05 Hockey East Rookie of the Year.

Both Rank and Vetri will be available for tonight's game as the Nailers host the Johnstown Chiefs. The game begins at 7:35pm on Toga Party Night at WesBanco Arena. The fun-filled weekend continues on Saturday with the Trenton Devils in town to begin a two-game series. It's Beach Party Night and the Nailers' Summer Ticket Extravaganza.
